Park Facilities

The Village of Phillips's park facilities are available to groups and citizens to reserve for family gatherings, group parties, picnics, meetings, or other events.

Park reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis.  The Village parks bathrooms and other facilities may not be open during certain times of the year.  For additional information, please contact the Clerk's Office or the Maintenance Supervisor.
