Village Tornado Siren Test

The Village of Phillips will be conducting Tornado siren testings on the 1st and 15th of each month during normal weather activity. Tests will NOT be performed during inclement weather. Be SAFE and ALERT!

REMINDER - Trash and Yard Waste Pick-up

To help add in timely trash and yard waste pick-up time schedules, all residents should have their totes out to the curb the night before Thursdays pick up.
Water Utility Bill Due Dates

The Village will read water meters between the 24th & 25th of each month. Water bills are due on the 10th day of the following month. If payment is not received by the 20th of the month, a $15.00 late penalty will be assessed to your account. Disconnect Notices will be mailed on the 30th of each month.
